We want you to love your curls, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
